Billing & Plans
View subscription status, usage metrics, and upcoming invoices.
View your Dash0 subscription status, monitor telemetry usage, and manage billing. Access at Settings → Billing & Plans.
Overview
The Billing & Plans page displays:
- Subscription Status: Current plan state (trial, active, past due, canceled, unsubscribed)
- Usage Charts: Real-time consumption of traces, metrics, and logs
- Next Invoice: Estimated Ingest and Index charges for the current billing period
- Forecast: Projected usage and cost for a full billing cycle, based on your recent usage rate (learn more)
- Monthly Budget: Optional spending limit with warnings (learn more)
Usage-based charges appear as two line items. Ingest covers every signal you send. Index covers the signals you keep, priced by volume tier. See About Billing & Cost Control.
Subscription Status
Your subscription status determines data ingestion and access:
- Trial: Time-limited access with full features
- Active: Paid subscription with ongoing data ingestion
- Past Due: Payment issue requiring resolution
- Canceled: Subscription ending at period close
- Unsubscribed: No active subscription
Permissions
Only organization administrators can access billing settings, view invoices, and manage subscription details.
