Agent0 Did Not Do What I Asked
Three common reasons Agent0 declines a request, sidesteps it, or stops short of finishing it:
The prompt was ambiguous
If the request can be interpreted multiple ways, Agent0 will ask a clarifying question rather than guess.
Provide more specific context: which service, which time range, which kind of investigation, what outcome you want.
A required connector is not configured
If you ask Agent0 to do something that requires a tool it doesn't have access to — raise a GitHub PR without a GitHub connector, query a database without the SQL tool available — it will tell you what's missing.
Configure the connector in Settings → Integrations and try again.
The action is waiting for your approval
If your organization requires approval before Agent0 creates, changes, or deletes anything, Agent0 stops at that point instead of running the action, and the conversation waits.
Look for the approval card in the conversation and choose Approve or Deny. Agent0 continues from there. See Approve Write Actions for the full flow.
