About Troubleshooting
Common issues with Agent0 and how to resolve them.
This section covers common issues with Agent0 and how to resolve them. The following troubleshooting topics are available:
- Tool Call Status — Understanding what succeeded, skipped, failed, or pending approval means
- Agent0 Did Not Do What I Asked — Why Agent0 declines or sidesteps requests
- Investigation Cost More Than Expected — Understanding credit consumption patterns
- Dashboard or Alert Doesn't Work — Why created assets may not work correctly
- Live Insights Not Showing Services — Why expected services don't appear
Limits
- Context window — Agent0 uses long-context models but very large repositories or telemetry windows may exceed effective context. If you see truncation, narrow the request scope.
- Concurrent runs — multiple Agent0 runs can execute simultaneously, but each consumes credits. There is no separate rate limit; consumption is controlled by your monthly budget cap.
- Connector-specific limits — each connector inherits the limits of the underlying tool (GitHub API rate limits, database query timeouts, etc.). Agent0 surfaces these as tool call failures.
Feedback
The thumbs-down option on any Agent0 response opens a feedback form.
Use it to flag:
- Incorrect or misleading answers
- Unexpected cost
- Missing capabilities you wished Agent0 had
- Tool calls that should have succeeded but didn't
Feedback goes directly to the product team and is used to prioritize improvements.
