Live Insights Not Showing Services
Why expected services don't appear in Live Insights.
Live Insights surfaces signals based on per-service telemetry.
A few reasons a service might not appear:
- No telemetry is being received — services without recent traces, logs, or metrics don't appear
- No signals above threshold — services that are healthy don't appear in the rail
- Sampling effects — for very low-volume services, individual incidents may not exceed the baseline-ratio threshold for severity
To verify telemetry is flowing for a specific service, check the Service Catalog directly.
