Javier Garcia Latorre

Javier García Latorre is AI Director of Product at Dash0, where he owns Darkplane and Agent0. Both address the same problem: agents now write a large share of the code, and nobody has full visibility into what they are doing across a codebase. His work is to close that, and to make detecting and fixing faster until the system does it without a human in the loop.
He believes that at agentic speeds you cannot wait for a dashboard or an alert to be ready when something breaks. The question moves earlier, to whether the software is going to break before it reaches production, which means visibility into what the agents are doing while they are doing it. Then the fixing has to happen on its own, and the coding agent has to hear about it, told directly what it got wrong.
He has almost a decade of product management experience, most recently on SRE at Delivery Hero, serving thousands of engineers across the globe. He was the only product lead there running multiple domains at once, with over 50 engineers building observability, chaos engineering, load testing, incident management and experimentation. That included the observability stack itself, which he consolidated onto Grafana from Datadog, Sentry and New Relic. He previously held product roles across cybersecurity, fintech and B2B SaaS.
