Evgeni Wachnowezki

Evgeni Wachnowezki is Director of Product Management at Dash0, where he works on building observability and AI-native software delivery products for developers. His focus sits at the intersection of OpenTelemetry, developer experience, product design, and the changing way software is built and operated with AI.

Evgeni started his career as a software engineer and consultant, modernizing legacy systems for enterprises in regulated industries before moving on to build full-stack applications in cloud-native environments. He later transitioned into product management at Instana, where he worked on profiling, integrations, and the evolution of its self-hosted platform.

At Datadog, he led developer experience products including Error Tracking, Live Debugging, Dynamic Instrumentation, IDE integrations, and source code integrations. Today at Dash0, he draws on that combination of hands-on engineering and product experience to make complex observability and developer tooling problems simpler for users.
