Runtime information about the Prometheus-compatible server. Dash0 is not a single Prometheus process, so most of the upstream runtime fields are not applicable: only reloadConfigSuccess and storageRetention carry meaning. The remaining fields are retained for upstream API compatibility but are always empty/zero — Dash0 does not expose process, Go-runtime, or filesystem internals.
