Computed by the server from spec.canonicalOperation. Pattern Rules have no independent, user-editable display name -- this field exists to conform to this API's standard CRD envelope shape. Always present on a read. A value supplied on write is ignored, and -- unlike the other CRD-enveloped resources this API's standard envelope shape is modeled on -- must not be required on write: the client cannot know it in advance, since the server only computes it after compiling spec.pattern. Treated the same as the sibling server-computed, write-ignored spec fields (canonicalOperation, normalizedRegex, variableNames), all of which are similarly absent from their schema's required list.
